So saddened to hear of the death of former Hull Stingrays assistant coach and player Brent Pope. He was a lovely man and a good friend. RIP. My deepest condolences to his wife and family

It has been quite a summer of cricket for @englandcricket with six test match wins and only one loss. There have been some huge positives but a couple players have been lucky to retain their places and the opening batters MUST do better.

I really am strugglng to understand how Zac Crawley keeps his place in the England side with an average of just 22 in all innings this year. Whereas, Yorkshire's Harry Brook is left out after getting a big ton last week for the Lions against S Africa? #itsamystery

I'm kinda thinking the Government now needs to tweak its three point message of Stay Home.Protect the NHS. Save Lives. With news emerging of the extent of #COVIDー19 deaths in care homes and the amount of spare capacity in NHS hospitals perhaps the message isn't quite right.

The Dutch Eiredivisie season is over after the Netherlands government is continuing its no large social gatherings protocol until Sept. 1. Is this something that coming down line in this country? If so, I wonder what is to come for our local clubs.
