Here's a fun fact from Alberta's Budget 2023: Total expenses for 2023/24 is projected at $68.3 billion. The previous NDP government was planning for $66.5 billion that same year. AB's first pre-election budget in 8 years is opening the fiscal taps.

This threat, which was emailed to Saba and mentions @wickdchiq and me, suggests some hateful people have put together a "wall" with pictures of journalists they dislike. They rated who needs to be "silenced first." Guys, I'm starting to think Canada miiiight have a problem!

I don’t own a gun, and don’t want to. I also have no issues with strict gun control measures. But if you’re going to continue to ratchet those up, then you also better do something about the elephant in the room too.

From 1996-2022, 12 sexual misconduct claims were settled via Hockey Canada's insurance for a total of $1.3M. That's in addition to the $7.6M paid out from the National Equity Fund. So a total of $8.9M has been paid out in total, for a total of 21 cases. Yeesh.
