A Public Space is a nonprofit publisher that operates independently and is known for its award-winning magazine that focuses on literature, arts, and culture. It also publishes books under the name A Public Space Books. Since 2006, Brigid Hughes, the founding editor, has led the organization with the goal of discovering unique and unconventional works.
