UK-head-quartered event and venue consultancy, Trivandi has announced the acquisition of Australia’s Cutler Synthesized Projects, a specialist event overlay company with experience across multiple Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups and international sporting events. Trivandi, which was formed in 2013 by three members of the leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Games, said the acquisition enhances its end-to-end service offering.

AEG Presents newest venue Watford Colosseum will see Ocean Colour Scene perform the inaugural show on 29 August, followed by concerts by acts including Jake Bugg, The Stranglers and David Essex. Pan-European promoter, ticketing and venue giant Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (DEAG) has reported record annual revenue of €370 million (£315m) in 2024 but a fall in profit. The company said it saw a temporary fall in earnings last year resulting from a strategic re-shaping of the business. It reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of €14.4m (£12.24) in 2024, down from €26.4m (£22.4m) in 2023.
