    James “Doc” Foley passed away peacefully at the age of 76, on September 5, 2023, surrounded by the warm embrace of his family. Doc is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; his daughter Colleen, and her children Matthew, Hannah, and their father, Matt Palmer; his son Jim, his wife, Rose, and their children, Annabelle and Samuel; his siblings Lynda Klein of Utica, Bill Foley of Slingerlands, NY, and Timothy Foley of Old Forge; along with in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
