We spent Monday to Friday on holiday in North Yorkshire, so holiday is, of course, the obvious choice as the word of the week. My eldest daughter, her partner and our grandson came to the same caravan park. It’s been lovely to be able to spend some time together. We have stayed in Filey before, but this time we chose a different holiday park. Last time we stayed at Primrose Valley, this time at Reighton Sands. Both parks are good, but there is definitely more for the kids to do at Primrose Valley.

Week 21 of Project 365 has been a mix of slow days and nice moments. I spent the week feeling quite flat, but winning a few prizes gave me a lift. I spent some time walking the dog, thinking ahead, and just pottering around the house, which suited my mood perfectly. Sunday was a nice, relaxing day at home with not much to do. I spent my time pottering around and preparing for the week ahead.
