Artspace is a digital platform dedicated to selling contemporary art. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in New York City, it officially launched in 2011. By 2013, Artspace featured more than $100 million worth of art available for purchase and attracted investments from Accelerator Ventures and Metamorphic Ventures. The company's co-founders are Christopher E. Vroom and Catherine Levene, who was recognized by the Huffington Post in 2011 as one of the top 10 female CEOs to keep an eye on.

From November 2022 to January 2024 the artist Henry Taylor’s best-known works were on show at his major American career retrospective, entitled Henry Taylor: B Side. The exhibition, which opened at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles before traveling to the Whitney in New York, took its title from the lesser known, more experimental songs which once appeared on the flipside of 45rpm vinyl singles.
