Founded in January 2019, Beyond Plastics is a national initiative located at Bennington College in Vermont. It combines the knowledge and experience of environmental policy specialists with the enthusiasm and innovation of college students to foster a strong and impactful anti-plastics movement. Our goal is to eliminate plastic pollution by driving change throughout all layers of society. With our extensive expertise in policy and advocacy, we aim to create a knowledgeable and effective movement that strives for the necessary institutional, economic, and social transformations to protect our planet and ourselves from the crisis caused by plastic pollution.
