I’m always thinking of ways to thank my paid subscribers for being here. Joining Substack was a bit spontaneous, and I came in with no real direction. Even a year later, I’m still figuring it out as I go. But one thing I do know is how grateful I am for your support. I still remember my first week on Substack—I posted a launch note with no clue what I was doing. All it said was, “Hey, it’s Bobbi!” And now, here we are.

I'm such a creature of habit. I like things simple and easy. I can't even remember the last time I went to Costco, which used to be my obsession. Now it feels like everything is on Amazon (even Saks Luxury, apparently). Here are some of the things I've ordered—and reordered—recently:Ashapops: Himilayan Pink Salt Price: $5.88 USDWhy I love it: I discovered these a few years ago when the founder and his mom started posting on Instagram.

My health journey doesn’t have an end. I’m always looking for ways to feel more energized, support my gut, and just feel better overall. And lucky for me, I’ve got Dr. Jaime on speed dial. This week, I asked her to answer some of the most common health questions I get…so you don’t have to. Enjoy. Q: What did you have for breakfast today?

I love shoes. I’ve always loved shoes. My mother tells the story of how, when she bought me a new pair, I insisted on wearing them immediately. Once, after a shoe shopping trip, she took me out to lunch, and I placed the brand-new shoes on the table so they wouldn’t get scuffed. My grandmother told me never to put shoes on a table—it’s bad luck. I’ve remembered that ever since.

I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredibly smart and talented people. As a naturally curious person, I’m always wondering about things—and if you know me, you know I’m never afraid to ask questions. This time, I wanted to share what I learn with you. I messaged my good friend, Dr. Julius Few, founder of Dr. Few Skincare, to talk all things skin. He’s truly one of the best. I hope you learn something—just like I did. Three to four times per week, I eat oatmeal with berries.
