Last week, I walked the red carpet and attended an incredible gala celebrating the TIME100 list. Finalizing a cover for my memoir was quite the process—as you can imagine. It took a few months, lots of printed-out covers taped to the wall, and so many opinions. Finally, after a few weeks of trying covers, my team came to my house and we went in the kitchen— within two hours, we had a few great options. Couldn’t of done it without them. Picking favorite jeans is harder than it looks. For us short girls, getting the perfect fit isn’t always easy. Luckily for me, I’ve found some brands that always work out and stay in my closet. Here’s a peak into my denim. I discovered Oliver Logan jeans—of course—on Instagram. I ordered a pair in petites, and everyone kept asking me what I was wearing. I love them because they’re really comfortable, high-ish waisted, and perfectly proportioned for my height.

While I love my daily skincare products, I also make time to schedule more advanced treatments. Most recently I’ve been obsessed with Sofwave. This non-invasive procedure uses Ultrasound Parallel Beam Technology to lift the skin and boost collagen production in key areas like the jawline and neck. Just last week, I had a session. This wasn’t my first Sofwave rodeo. In fact, I think it’s been my fourth or fifth treatment over the past two years.

I've known Brooke Shields since she was 12 years old. The first time I worked with her was for a magazine story about her and her friends when she was in middle school. I was a young, up-and-coming makeup artist, thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this beautiful girl—someone who had already been in Calvin Klein ads and a few other big campaigns. I don't remember whether her movies came before or after that, but I definitely knew who Brooke Shields was.
