Hello! I'm Nick, but you can call me Dr. Breakfast. I’m a food traveler and writer deeply enthusiastic about exploring local eateries, family outings, and various forms of art. I began my blog, Breakfast With Nick, in 2007 as a fun project after finishing graduate school, aiming to capture the amazing meals and hidden treasures we discovered in Columbus. Over the years, this blog has transformed into something much bigger. My family and I now seek out unique experiences and flavors (not limited to just breakfast!) throughout Columbus and during our travels.
