Proof of Residency Required; Areas West of Kenter Remain Under Evacuation OrdersSenior Lead Officer Matthew Kirk announced in an email this morning that residents living in Kenter Canyon and east of Kenter Canyon, including those on Homewood Road, are now permitted to return to their homes as of noon today. As we verified on the CAL FIRE map, the area is still under evacuation warning. Proof of residency is required to gain access to the affected area.
