The therapeutic horsemanship center is for Chastain’s therapeutic riding program, which offers therapy, learning, and horsemanship programs for individuals with disabilities. Trisha Gross, the horse park’s executive director, said the new venue was needed to meet its growth.

Kolter Urban, a Delray Beach, Florida-based developer of luxury single-family homes, on March 25 closed on a 4.7-acre site at 102 W. Paces Ferry Road for $38 million. The company plans to build Elyse Buckhead, a 20-floor luxury condo development, according to an email from Mikayla Bentolila, a Kolter Urban spokeswoman.
