A self-proclaimed “multidisciplinary collective,” Dutch group 45ACIDBABIES are back with their 12-track sophomore LP “Paint The World Pink.” As bubbly as it is crunchy, the quartet leans into individuality and nonconformism, which rings true not just lyrically, but production-wise as well. Interleaving elements of soul, pop, electronic, jazz, and indie, TAMMIE’s METAMORPHOSIS is just what its title suggests – a brief sonic journey that is both transformative and steadfast. The British singer-songwriter is really filling a clean slate, with only a few of the EP’s singles to her name ahead of the full body’s release. Modulated guitars, haunting pianos and pocketed drums are aplenty on what TAMMIE describes as a chronicle of spirituality.
