ORLANDO, FL – Universal Orlando Resort is entering its next phase of guest previews for its all-new theme park, Universal Epic Universe, as it continues to prepare for the official opening on May 22. Starting today, April 29, the general public can purchase tickets to visit Epic Universe and preview the new experience through Monday, May 19.

TAMPA, FL – Tampa’s first Nikkei concept, Maru Tampa, is opening soon on May 2, 2025, at Bayshore Gardens, next to Counter Culture in South Tampa. The restaurant is run by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group from Steve Palmer. Nikkei cuisine is the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food and has become popular around the country in major cities including San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. The restaurant will have 60 inside seats and 30 outside seats, according to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
