Welcome to the Catholic Newbie blog! I'm Lyn Mettler, and I'm excited to share my journey from more than 30 years as a non-believer to becoming a Catholic. For much of my adult life, I was skeptical of organized religion, but in 2011, I experienced a significant transformation. I officially became Catholic on Easter 2013, and now, I want to share my daily reflections, concerns, and aspirations with you and others who are exploring a similar path.
