Arcade Fire have announced Pink Elephant, their first new album since 2022. Due out May 9 via Columbia, the record was produced by Win Butler, Régine Chassagne, and Daniel Lanois. The band’s current lineup has remained the same since Will Butler exited in 2022. The album’s lead single, “Year of the Snake,” is out now along with a new music video. Another track, “Cars & Telephones,” dropped last week on the band’s Circle of Trust app, though it won’t appear on the album.
