Hot video game characters have been a thing for years. All the way back to Princess Peach. Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider franchise made people feel all tingly in the crotch region. Not to mention, the square boobs all the way back to the “Leisure Suit Larry” franchise Evan and I often elude to. But things are getting serious. For years, chicken has been marketed as a lean, heart-healthy protein—but a new Italian study is raising red flags. Published in Nutrients, the 20-year study followed nearly 5,000 adults and found that those who consumed more than 300 grams of poultry per week had a 27% higher risk of dying from all causes. Even more striking: men in this group were more than twice as likely to die from gastrointestinal cancers.

Jeff Bezos’ “Blue Origin” has now sent a handful of celebrities and other “important” people into space. Yesterday saw Katy Perry hitch a ride to the outer reaches of the atmosphere with an all female crew including CBS host (and Oprah friend) Gayle King and Bezos’ fiancee Lauren Sanchez. But…big whoop!As they returned to Earth, they kissed the ground. They were gone a whopping ELEVEN MINUTES!!! I’ve been gone to the bathroom for WAAAY longer. My wife also didn’t know if I’d return.

Admittedly, I do get a lot of the things I talk about on the air from X. It CAN be a great source for thought sharing. Finding twists and angles multiple people have on certain stories. However, it’s become a VERY toxic place. I’m all for freedom of speech and thought. No matter how offensive. However, I’m also all for common sense. X has none of that. Can you post a video of a beheading? Sure. Should you?
