From the Team What a great month March has been for weather and enjoying all the good things that Auckland’s North Shore has to offer when the sun is shining. It reinforces that there aren’t too many better places in the world to call home. A big congratulations to those who have chosen to invest recently in my home patch of Takapuna. I have long been an advocate for the place, so it is heartwarming to see the recent hospitality additions to the area that have only enhanced the vibrancy.

From the Team As I write this in late February, it is from sunny Arrowtown, where our Benefitz team is working as the signage partner for the New Zealand Open golf tournament held at Millbrook Resort. What a wonderful part of the world this is, particularly at this time of the year. Often warm summer days, with crisp single figure temperatures overnight. It is an area that continues to grow and is facing challenges on many fronts because of this growth.

The company’s succession programme is well underway, with the retirement of two long-serving shareholders in 2024, along with the emergence of two new shareholders. During 2024, both Dallas Bennett and Robert Johnson retired from the business. Dallas had spent 35 years in the business and Robert also had over three decades of involvement with the North Shore based business.
