CKKQ (Victoria, BC)
CKKQ-FM, also referred to as 100.3 The Q or simply The Q, is a radio station located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It transmits its signal online and operates at a frequency of 100.3 MHz on the FM band. Since it started broadcasting, CKKQ has primarily featured a mainstream rock format, but in 2001, it shifted to a more classic rock style. This change coincided with the launch of its sister station, CKXM-AM/FM, which rebranded as The Zone @ 91.3 and adopted an alternative rock format. Before Pattison took over the station from OK Radio, it had a focus on adult album alternative music.
