Dallas Sports Fanatic
Dallas Sports Fanatic, LLC is a recognized media outlet dedicated to covering various sports teams in Dallas, including the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Wings, FC Dallas, Dallas Stars, Dallas Sidekicks, Texas Legends, Texas Rangers, Allen Americans, Dallas Rattlers, Texas Revolution, WWE, and college basketball and football teams from Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University, the University of North Texas, Baylor, and the University of Texas at Arlington. We also provide updates on the Dallas Cowboys. After the Dallas Mavericks won their historic championship in 2011, Ryan Wilson, a passionate Mavs fan, sought to elevate his fandom. With plenty of insights and opinions about his beloved team, he gathered a group of fellow enthusiasts and launched Mavs Fanatic—a blog created by Mavs fans, for Mavs fans. Mavs Fanatic started in the summer of 2011 as a hub for MFFLs to keep up with everything related to the Mavericks. Over the years, it gained a strong social media presence and became an official credentialed media member of the Dallas Mavericks, allowing us to cover every home game for fans around the globe. In 2013, Michael Lark joined the team and soon became a co-owner alongside Wilson. Together, they developed a talented group of writers, reporters, designers, and videographers. By the summer of 2017, the co-owners felt it was time to broaden their focus and cater to the diverse interests of Dallas sports fans. Thus, Dallas Sports Fanatic was created. The revamped Dallas Sports Fanatic now covers a wide array of teams, including the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Wings, FC Dallas, Dallas Stars, Texas Legends, Texas Rangers, Dallas Rattlers, Texas Revolution, Allen Americans, WWE, and college basketball and football from Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University, the University of North Texas, Baylor, and the University of Texas at Arlington. Our team at Dallas Sports Fanatic consists of devoted fans who strive to deliver top-notch coverage through articles, videos, photos, and podcasts. And this is just the start! With our expanded coverage, we aim to grow our team even further. On Tuesday before the All-Star Game, there was the All-Star Red Carpet Show on MLB Network with Rangers’ Emily Jones announcing the players. There were 69 players (excellent) who walked the carpet, including managers Bruce Bochy, Torey Lovullo, and Mark Kotsay. Fashion was displayed all over the red carpet, from the players to their wives to their kids; it was as if RuPaul’s Drag Race was on ESPN. Nevertheless, some players went a little more basic while others took another step forward.
