It would have been easy for Skye Cerow to attempt a shot in traffic, but instead, she found a wide-open Cate Nagle for a goal. Outdoor TrackThe Dragons battled at the Patriot League Championships on Tuesday, with the girls placing fourth and the boys taking eighth out of 12 teams. On the girls side, Maddie MacKinnon continued her torrid stretch with a personal record of 1:06.95 in the 400 hurdles, finishing first in a field of 25. The Duxbury High School sailing team concluded one of its most competitive team racing seasons in recent memory with a commanding 8-2 record in its victory in the Mass Bay League Team Race Tournament. The win marked the end of a rigorous schedule filled with top-tier regional opponents and culminated in a 7-9 overall record. “Our sailors showed up every day, ready to compete against the best, and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of,” Duxbury coach Kyle Riviezzo said.
