Elsevier Weekblad

Elsevier Weekblad, commonly referred to as EW, is a well-known Dutch weekly news magazine. As of 2018, it boasts a circulation exceeding 68,000 copies, making it the leading news magazine in the Netherlands. The publication primarily covers topics related to politics, international relations, and business. Its content is similar in nature to that of Germany's Focus, Belgium's Knack, and America's Time. Like Time, Elsevier Weekblad also features an annual cover story highlighting a Person of the Year. Alongside de Volkskrant and NRC Handelsblad, it is widely regarded as one of the most influential publications in the Dutch language, with a generally conservative right-wing perspective.
