Floricua

Floricua is a platform run by Courier Newsroom, a civic media organization that operates eight state-specific newsrooms. Our goal is to uphold and enhance democracy by providing trustworthy, fact-driven journalism that aims to foster a well-informed, involved, and representative society in America. We focus on reaching audiences who typically do not interact with civic information and are less likely to pay for traditional journalism. To achieve this, we share many of our stories on the social media platforms where our readers spend their time the most.
