Fox Corporation

Fox Corporation is a major American media company based in New York City. It was established in 2019 after The Walt Disney Company acquired 21st Century Fox. The parts of 21st Century Fox that Disney didn't purchase were separated to create Fox Corp., which started trading on the stock market on January 1, 2019. Fox Corp. is registered in Delaware. The Murdoch family, through a family trust, owns 39% of the company. Rupert Murdoch serves as the chairman, with his son Lachlan Murdoch acting as the executive chairman and CEO. Fox Corp. mainly focuses on television broadcasting, news, and sports. Its key components include the Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox Television Stations, Fox News, Fox Business, and the national operations of Fox Sports, among others. Additionally, the current News Corp, which is also under Murdoch's leadership, manages his print media and other assets.
