Free Range Kids
The Free-Range Kids initiative began when my article in the New York Sun, titled “Why I Let My 9-year-old Ride the Subway Alone,” gained attention on The Today Show. Since that moment, the story has continued to attract media interest, resulting in appearances by me (Lenore) on various platforms such as The Daily Show, Dr. Phil, Good Morning America, CBS, PBS, and NPR. I also starred in a reality show on Discovery TV called World's Worst Mom.
