Lizard1977:Dune Part 2 (Event Cinemas) - 9/10I took my partner to see this after showing her part 1 the night before (and this after she read the book late last year). It was a fantastic adaptation in my view, tackling that Herculean task of bringing to the big screen a literary epic. There is almost no way to adequately cover all the detail and nuance in Frank Herbert's novel, and so I recognise that they had to make choices and selections in what they focussed on.
