Caliber Auto Glass and Caliber Collision began the company’s 14th annual Restoring You Food Drive on May 5. The food drive will run through June 20, and officials say all 1,800-plus Caliber locations in 41 states will accept non-perishable food and monetary donations. “Our annual food drive event is an extension of each Caliber teammate’s commitment and our broader nationwide effort to support our local communities,” Todd Dillender, Caliber’s chief operating officer, said.

Electronic vehicle (EV) manufacturer Rivian has approved an Autel Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration tool for use on its vehicles. In February, Rivian sanctioned the Autel IA900 ADAS Calibration System for “ADAS Camera/Sensor Calibration and Aiming” on its vehicles. This means Rivian’s global Certified Collision Centers and Certified Calibration Centers can use the Autel IA900 to recalibrate ADAS functions, including windshield-mounted cameras.

He became company president in 2022 after joining Belron Canada in 2005. The Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) held the latest in a series of free educational days in San Antonio on May 7. Over 25 technicians, business owners and managers attended. AGSC offered educational sessions for auto glass business owners and managers and Boot Camps for technicians interested in getting their AGSC or NWRD certifications. Delta Kits sales manager Korey Gobin led the Repair Boot Camp.
