28 Hungarian folk art murals are having a quiet comeback on everything from walls to furniture. My maternal grandmother was Hungarian, and her influence lingered in the embroidered linens, wooden kitchen tools, and bright painted florals that filled her eclectic cottage. The expanded exhibition is planned for late 2025 or early 2026 at the Minnetrista Museum & Gardens in Muncie, Indiana, where Ross filmed The Joy of Painting from 1983 to 1994. This new showcase will go beyond the current Bob Ross Experience and display dozens of original paintings, many of which aired on his PBS show.
