How To Stem

My name is Emily Hunt, and I'm a primary school teacher. I’ll admit that I didn’t always have a positive view of STEM subjects. During my own schooling, I often felt disconnected from math and science. I frequently questioned the relevance of these subjects, wondering, "Why do I need to learn this? How will it be useful in my life?" It was hard for me to understand how the lessons I was taught in school would apply to real life.
