Investigative Post

Recent events highlight how crucial a strong press is for a thriving democracy. Investigative Post is making a significant impact by delivering in-depth journalism focused on the public interest in Buffalo and Western New York, helping to create an informed community. Investigative Post is part of a growing trend, with around 200 nonprofit news organizations emerging across the country in the last ten years due to the decline of local news sources. What sets us apart is our exclusive commitment to watchdog journalism. We focus on producing accurate, unbiased investigative reports and analyses on issues that are important to the citizens and taxpayers of Buffalo and WNY. Additionally, we are the only news organization in WNY that shares content across all major platforms: print, television, radio, and the internet. This positions us at the forefront as media evolves with new technologies and shifts in audience preferences.
