Jisc

Jisc, previously known as the Joint Information Systems Committee, is a non-profit organization based in the United Kingdom. Its mission is to assist post-16 and higher education, along with research, by offering valuable guidance, digital resources, and technology services. Jisc also focuses on researching and creating new technologies and methods of operation. The organization is financed through a mix of funding from UK education bodies and contributions from individual higher education institutions.
