KBOI-AM (Boise, ID)

KBOI is a commercial AM radio station based in Boise, Idaho, operating on a frequency of 670 kHz and owned by Cumulus Media. The station features a news and talk format. With a robust transmitter that delivers 50,000 watts, KBOI's broadcast reaches listeners across southwestern Idaho and eastern Oregon during the day. At night, its signal extends across much of the Western United States and into western Canada. However, to prevent interference with WSCR in Chicago, which is the clear-channel station on 670 kHz, KBOI's signal is limited to the east.
