Kids Unplugged
In 2009, I launched Kids Unplugged, a family-oriented nature club aimed at helping kids and their parents take a break from screens and the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our goal was to encourage families to step outside, appreciate nature, and bond with one another. Kids Unplugged quickly gained popularity, as many families were eager for outdoor adventures, but often struggled with finding the motivation and planning. To address this, I organized weekly hikes at set locations, ensuring kids could connect with friends and parents could mingle with other adults.
