Posted on July 11, 2023FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ/FOX26) — A toddler was rescued from a canal by a good Samaritan Tuesday morning in Fresno County. According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, a family was searching for their toddler that had gotten out of a fenced area. Around the same time, a man was driving down Manning Avenue and spotted a baby in the water. The man pulled over and got the child out of the water, before calling the Sherriff’s Department.
