One of the features I really liked about the Microsoft Authenticator apps was the built-in password manager. It allowed you to store and automatically fill passwords on apps and websites, which worked great. But Microsoft has decided to remove the feature this summer, and if you have been using it, then you will need to act now to move your passwords. Otherwise, you will lose access to your stored passwords. Microsoft wants to streamline how passwords are stored in your Microsoft account.

Last week Microsoft announced that it will enforce stricter standards for domains sending more than 5,000 emails per day. Starting May 5th, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC will be required to successfully deliver emails to Outlook.com, Live.com, and Hotmail.com domain addresses. Now the main cause of the excessive storage consumption is the file versioning in SharePoint. The file versioning is a great feature, but the problem arises when you are storing large files. Because each version is a full copy of the file, and this can add up really fast.
