Warframe has always released “Echoes” updates to past expansion sized updates that always ranged in quality and content offerings, but Techrot Encore has definitely taken the cake. With four new protoframes, and conversations with them to engage in.

In Techrot Encore, a suite of 13 new weapons coinciding with the Technocyte Coda were released in Warframe. While 10 of these weapons were upgrade versions of already existing infested weapons. 3 of these weapons, were completely unique and new to the game. Such as the scary Coda Motovore, or the equally power Dual Coda Torxica. But the one that takes the cake, is the Coda Bassocyst. A new shotgun that fires an explosive projectile of doom.

South of Midnight is a game that is hard to describe due to the little bits of every genre that make up its experience. Compulsion Games is known for mixing style, substance, and creativity in their craft, and South of Midnight is no exception. The stop motion style reminds me of movies like Caroline. In Techrot Encore, there was a suite of new Scaldra weapons added to the ever-growing arsenal of Warframe. From a slug launcher, dual sickles and even a new auto rifle, there was a good amount of cool new military-esc weapons added. But last and not least, was a simple, and strong sidearm named the EFV-8 Mars. While it has its gimmick and can usually kill normal foes in one shot, it does feel good to use, even if it feels situational.
