Los Angeles Dodgers

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a major league baseball team located in Los Angeles, California. They compete in the National League West division of Major League Baseball (MLB). The franchise started in Brooklyn, New York, where it was called by several nicknames before officially adopting the name Dodgers in 1932. The team relocated to Los Angeles ahead of the 1958 season. Initially, they played their first four seasons at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum before settling into their current venue, Dodger Stadium, which is the third-oldest ballpark in MLB, following Fenway Park and Wrigley Field.
