We’re currently experiencing a really slow and challenging real estate market – homes in our area are sitting on the market an average of 75ish days (compared to about 50 last year), and there is a ton of competition. We’re also surrounded by new construction homes, which many people prefer and also offer some really great perks and interest rates.
