One of Toronto’s premier live music venues will get a major renovation thanks to what is being called a historic $2.275 million donation. That funding comes from the Weston Group of Companies. The revitalization project covers essential renovations that will preserve George Weston Recital Hall and the role it plays in the city’s live music ecosystem into the future. The National Ballet of Canada has been nominated for two Olivier Awards for Best New Dance Production and Outstanding Achievement in Dance.
