The amendment allows Madison residents to own one pig as long as it’s under 24 inches tall, weighs less than 300 pounds, and is up to date with all required shots. City Council has the final say and it’s on the docket for next week.

Gooooood morning, Madison!Here’s a little throwback to kick off your Thursday. Apparently, Monday’s dock collapse at Memorial Union wasn’t the first time such an event happened at the Terrace. According to the Wisconsin State Journal, in October 2005, the pier buckled during the Giant Pumpkin Regatta, sending roughly 20 people into Lake Mendota. Thankfully, no one was hurt and the pumpkin pilots continued on their course.

Good morning, Madison!Authorities recently released new age-progressed images of the last man still wanted in connection with the bombing at UW-Madison’s Sterling Hall 50 years ago. So, the FBI wants to know, have you seen this man? — Hayley📝 What Madison's Talking AboutA pier at the Memorial Union Terrace collapsed into Lake Mendota Monday. The Madison Fire Department estimates there were between 60-80 people on the pier when it buckled.
