Mother Untitled
After spending a decade in an advertising agency and managing a brand at a startup, along with earning an MBA from Stanford, I chose to take a step back from my career to dedicate more time to my family. My son, Bodie, was born on New Year's Day in 2016, followed by my daughter, Lyla, in the Fall of 2018. While I felt a newfound sense of calm and confidence, I also sensed societal pressure regarding the choice to leave behind the traditional notion of "having it all." Much of this pressure stemmed from outdated views on stay-at-home mothers in our society. To challenge this perception, I launched Mother Untitled when Bodie turned one. This initiative aims to redefine the choice of prioritizing motherhood and a balanced lifestyle as a modern and empowering decision. I truly believe that taking a break can spark significant personal growth and creativity.

His idea seemed wonderfully easy, but our exchanges rarely played out as I imagined.
