Northern California Record
At Norcal Record, our mission is to shed light on the legal landscape of Northern California, empowering you, our audience, to engage with the public matters that affect us all. The courts in Northern California are unique, often associated with mass torts, asbestos cases, and substantial awards, which have contributed to their reputation as a "judicial hellhole." We aim to present a balanced perspective on the issues at play while providing a platform for diverse viewpoints. This way, you can form your own opinions based on the information we share. We invite your participation! If you have thoughts to share, we want to hear from you. Feel free to send us your story ideas, press releases, letters to the editor, or guest articles. We are committed to publishing your contributions. Our goal is to maintain fairness and impartiality in our reporting, striving to keep any personal or political biases out of our news content. The Record is operated by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.
