I am the founder and CEO of Nourish Evolution, and I received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012 from the International Association of Culinary Professionals. I also developed Cook the Seasons and The NOURISH 10-Day Reset. With over 20 years of experience, I have written extensively as a food writer and recipe developer for publications like Cooking Light, Better Homes and Gardens, Eating Well, and Prevention. I frequently speak on topics related to food and faith, both in person and through various media channels. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, writing, gardening, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family in Northern California.
