L’ancien attaché de Défense en Asie centrale Stephan Samaran a partagé ses souvenirs lors d’une conférence. Il est revenu sur les premiers liens militaires entre la France et les pays d’Asie centrale indépendants. Récemment retiré de ses fonctions, le colonel Stephan Samaran est revenu sur son parcours d’ancien attaché de Défense dans plusieurs pays d’Asie centrale, à l’occasion d’une conférence organisée par l’association France-Turkménistan.

Urmat Karybaev, the head of the State Administration for Architecture and Urban Planning of Bishkek, announced the plan to build a cable car in the city. But this measure alone will not solve everything.
