Treace Medical Concepts has filed a lawsuit against Zimmer Biomet and Paragon 28, claiming the infringement of four patents related to its Lapiplasty 3D Bunion Correction technologies. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. It seeks injunctive relief and damages.
