    Celebrate Earth Day on the beach in Lincoln City on the actual Earth Day, this Tuesday, April 22. The activities will begin at 3 pm at the D River State Recreation Site, when anyone interested to join will help form a human peace symbol on the beach. “We will have a windsock on a pole at the beach to designate where folks can join in so we can organize the Peace Circle(s) and get a head count for our permit,” said organizer Alanna Baumann.
