Photoworks

Photoworks is a photography development agency located in Brighton, England, and was established in 1995. The agency focuses on commissioning and sharing new photography and related writings. They produce the Photoworks Annual, a publication dedicated to photography and visual culture, and organize Photoworks Presents, a series of live talks and events. Additionally, they host the Brighton Photo Biennial, which is the largest international photography festival in the UK. Photoworks also supports emerging talent through the Jerwood/Photoworks Awards, held in partnership with the Jerwood Charitable Foundation.
