We advocate for research and reporting on poverty and social inequalities by partnering with media outlets, researchers, and social organizations. porCausa champions public service journalism that relies on data, utilizing diverse teams, multimedia approaches, and flexible development methods. Our work encompasses the entire journalistic workflow: we collaborate with social researchers for data collection and analysis, and we share our findings through media partnerships and various online platforms. As a non-profit organization, we operate independently and rely on private donations for our funding. We are dedicated to promoting open data and developing open-source software.
