Three baseball regionals were pushed back due to Friday morning thunderstorms. In Poteau's Class 4A regional at Berryhill, the Pirates will play Jay at 4 p.m. and then, with a win, face the loser of Bristow and Berryhill at 6:30 p.m. Wister will be back home in its Class A-I regional, but will have to wait until Saturday to play the winner of Allen and Thomas-Fay-Custer at 4:30 p.m. Cameron is hoping to resume its Class A-II regional on Friday with the time to be announced.

Pocola's softball team celebrates its Class 4A slow-pitch regional championship after outscoring its opponents 28-5 in its two games on Thursday in Warner. The regional was moved from Pocola to Warner due to conditions from Wednesday's rainstorms. First, Pocola (32-4, ranked third in Class 4A) beat Hartshorne 14-2.
