XHRF-FM (103.9 MHz) and XERF-AM (1570 kHz) are radio stations located in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila. XERF began solely on the AM band and is classified as a Mexican Class A clear-channel station, operating at a powerful 100,000 watts. Currently, both XHRF-FM and XERF-AM share the same programming under the brand name La Poderosa and are operated by the Instituto Mexicano de la Radio (IMER), which is a public broadcasting organization in Mexico.
